Complaints Procedure

At St. Bede’s Catholic Infant School it is the mission of the whole school community to nurture a
loving, safe, caring, supportive, quality environment in which the individual has the opportunity to
develop intellectually, spiritually, morally, socially and emotionally in an atmosphere of trust and
mutual respect.

We recognise that from time to time parents / carers may have cause to express concerns or even to complain. Please download our Complaints Procedure Policy for more information.

Please note, our complaints procedure is not limited to parents or carers of children that are registered at the school. Any person, including members of the public, may make a complaint to St. Bede’s Catholic
Infant School about any provision of facilities or services that we provide. Unless complaints are
dealt with under separate statutory procedures (such as appeals relating to exclusions or
admissions), we will use this complaints procedure.
